Concurrent event: A relative of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, his nephew Ammar al-Baluchi, opens a bank account in Dubai that is used for preparations of and funding for the 9/11 attacks. The address he gives, PO Box 16958, Jebel Ali Free Zone Dubai is remarkably similar to the customer address that I visited in December 1997 and again in March 1998, address PO Box 16797 Jebel Ali Free Zone Dubai.
