It took me eighteen years to realise the man introduced to me as the Engineer in 1997 Yemen was Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. Within 24-hours of that discovery I’d written a seven page dossier about my business trip to Yemen and emailed it to counter terrorism police (SO15 Reserves). I also sent it to the New York Times, Guardian, Al Jazeera, PressTV, Britain’s Channel4 and Private Eye magazine. That original 4 May 2015 dossier and several years of official correspondence since are copied below:

Frustrated by zero response to that original dossier from either SO15 or the media I arranged a constituent meeting with my member of parliament Sir Graham Brady on 25 March 2017. I submitted a summary of my claims that Graham Brady agreed to forward. He very diligently sent it to:

In May 2017 I published an updated eight page dossier. In November I discovered then reported
my 26 September 1997 meeting location in Yemen - it was one mile from Al Qaidah town.
March 2018: the US 9/11 Military Commision emails inviting me to interview
March 09 2018: US 9/11 Military Commission officer Dan Futrell contacts me via Facebook Messenger on Friday, initially using a fake name, Daniel Brunson
March 09 2018: US 9/11 Military Commission officer Dan Futrell Facebook messages where I request he confirms his identy via a .mil email address
March 09 2018: US Dan Futrell confirms his identy by email. He wants to send a team of investigators to Manchester to interview me.
March 09 2018: Dan Futrell thanks me for agreeing to interview & assigns me a liaison contact, a US Department of Defence CSRA* contractor
March 12 2018: US 9/11 Military Commission CSRA* contractor Amy Zittritsch replies to my emails sent over the weekend. She references MI5, therefore confirming British security services had informed her of my call to them about a foreign military wanting to interview
April 03 2018: US 9/11 Military Commission CSRA* contractor Amy Zittritsch rejects my appeal for witness status. I withdraw my consent to be interviewed as previously planned for 5-days in June, in Manchester
April 05 2018: My last correspondence from the US 9/11 Military Commission CSRA* contractor Amy Zittritsch, saying she's "Sorry I didn't get the answer I was hoping for" reference my witness status / protection request

*CSRA: My Pentagon liaison Amy Zittritsch (emails pictured above) was appointed in March 2018. She was employed by General Dynamics (GD) subsiduary CSRA Inc., on contract to the 9/11 Military Commission. General Dynamics (GD) British subsiduary, called GD-UK, build the Foxhound desert patrol vehicle. In December 2017 I published a report detailing £400-million of GD-UK Foxhound procurement corruption, corrupt because Foxhounds failed hot weather trails on Camp Bastion airfield in May 2012 but they were still signed into service that September, overseen by defence secretary Philip Hammond who then ordered more. I also published a report about ex-civil servant Sir Andrew Cahn, who I believe was paid-off with a GD-UK directorship on May 30 2012, just as the Foxhounds were failing hot-weather trials but the Generals were deciding to sign them into service anyway. I know this corruption cost the lives of British & allied soldiers and Marines in Helmand 2012, on my tour. Amazingly, the intersection of those two links between me and General Dynamics (via a Pentagon contractor, and the Foxhound vehicle corruption) is most likely just a coincidence.
British Police Refuse to Interview Me and Parliament / Government Refuse to Intervene
Sept 30 2019: First formal response by British security services to my 4+ years of reporting meeting Al Qaeda in 1997 Yemen is from Manchester Council Prevent Terrorism Scheme. A young woman sounding like a child repeatedly telephoned me requesting to interview me, to talk me out of becoming a terrorist.
October 01 2019: Sir Graham Brady provides a confirmation that my reports about meeting Al Qaeda in 1997 Yemen had been shared with the US Embassy, parliament's Intelligence & Security Committee, & SIS. The Prevent 'councellor' Sina Desai told me she didn't care about Sir Graham Brady's email & continued to demand to interview me.
October 14 2019: Greater Manchester Police withdraw their referral of me to Prevent, saying they'd made a mistake, confusing my telling them I had unwittingly helped setup Khalid Sheikh Mohammed's front company in 1997 Yemen for me claiming to have worked FOR Al Qaeda.
November 05 2019: British Home Office refuses to address my report that Greater Manchester Police are actively protecting terrorism financier & facilitators (in Manchester) by refusing to take my formal statement. They say it is an internal police matter the Home Office can't interfer in.
February 11 2021: Sir Graham Brady refuses to address my report to him that Greater Manchester Police are actively protecting terrorism financier & facilitators (in Manchester) by refusing to take my formal statement. Brady says he can't intervene in ongoing investigations.
July 18 2023: Sir Graham Brady cancels a long standing constituent meeting with me at short notice without giving reason. He effectively withdrew my parliamentary representation, the most basic right in a democracy - to be represented.
